We'll be selling brand new and some used (but in immaculate condition... you know me).

Hey design industry guys...

I need to do work experience as a part of one of my subjects at uni and it has to be at a design studio (not freelance work). I arrived back in Sydney on Monday. The weather is pretty much perfect and I'm very glad to be back home. I'm totally overwhelmed with university, house hunting and mounting work for various projects.

Anyway, I am really super behind on email and I haven't caught up with anyone because of the unexpected workload and pressure I'm under. Sorry guys.. I'll see you all soon!

Current Mood: tired

a) yikes... time is really flying by at the moment! I'm working super hard on ten million projects and it's driving me a little psycho. Luckily however, university is out of the way for 3 weeks. I just handed in my final project for one of my degrees... so only one more degree to go! W00t!... no more humanities subjects!

b) I'm doing the final clear out of shop stock. Please check it out here. I might also be listing some more of my own stuff, so check back there in a few days.

c) Karl and I are going to Paris next weekend for our first holiday... like... ever! We're going to eat lots of food... and try not to do silly accents.

d) Going home in a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to the following things:
- seeing family and friends
- Vietnamese food & Boost juice
- university (believe it or not... i've enrolled in some interesting subjects, and I get to choose colours, play with type and mess about with fabric, what is there not to look forward to?)
- being able to get away with wearing only one layer of clothing instead of 3
- my sewing machine and materials

d) ok... more work to do now on the album artwork. We've pretty much finished the music and it's going to mastering. Now I need to work on artwork, visual merchandising and the limited edition stuff.

e) See you guys in a couple of weeks... squeeeeeee....

I have been thinking about our return to Sydney and the kind of awesome party we will need to be having to celebrate this occasion. The only problem at the moment is the lack of venue, considering we will be totally homeless!

Anyway, that aside.. we could have it at a bar, restaurant.. or somewhere like max brenners!

The MOST IMPORTANT thing is that it needs to be a place where we can all dress up to a particular theme... more specifically... so Karl can wear the GOLD SUIT OF DESTINY! (Which I want to get for his birthday).



Anyone have any ideas about a cool location? Wacky things we could do?

I'll promise to make cool invites!

I'm moving in March back to Australia so I have to get my personal belongings down to 22.5 kg (sob). On other news. Things are going crazily over here. We are well into the swing of recording our new album and I'm trying to finish my university assignments (only final project to go and one other smaller proposal). I will be back in lovely Sydney in March in time for university and stuff... I am looking forward to it (but not the rent prices in Newtown.. gah).

Today we will be heading into the Spirit of Fashion trade show to scope goodies for our webstore and have fun.

The Australian and New Zealand tour for mid 2008 looks like it has been set in motion and is going to happen... I don't want to jinx it, but it's going to be fucking awesome! We have a lot in store for everyone. =) Hopefully the new album will be out before then too.

As always, back to work!

I'm doing the whole "cleaning" thing (woah!) and I found a lot of clothes and shoes that should go to better homes (i.e. to people that have the time to wear this stuff). I am also raising funds so I can publish my artbook (wooohoo! I'm so excited about this!).

I also have 30 personal clothes, shoes and stuff that need loving owners. Finally... after 35 dates and many countries later... Angelspit live dates are over for 2007. If you asked me this time last year if I could ever imagine that we would achieve this feat, I wouldn't have thought it would be possible.

Now... we can finally put our suitcases away for a couple of weeks (that is until I plan our next holiday!)... I can concentrate on university and finishing our next album and my art work. Also, I have a lot of email to return.

We've only got a few months left in Berlin, so I have to make the most of it while I can.

I have to go and clean up now, as the house is looking like a bit of a bombsite.
